Emoha Eldercare is a home-based elder care service provider who make the lives of the elderly comfortable and secure in their own homes. They came to us with a brief of rebranding their existing look as it did not fit their vision of a fun, engaging and a positive brand. They further needed our help in conceptualising digital campaigns for their growth and promotion.

The Process: Over three intense months, Word Of Mouth Media and team Emoha sat down and figured out the brand ethos, personality and essence of Emoha. We then further went on to creating their new brand book, look and feel, giving them a revamped logo and a new emblem, clarifying the tone of the brand and creating digital and physical assets.

We further went on to creating various digital campaigns like:

1. 'Mission Elders First' - A campaign to call in volunteers for their initiative to help elders get free access to food and medicine during the COVID crisis in New Delhi and NCR.

2. '#MohKe11Din' - An eleven day festival involving various contests and digital events.

3. Digital Campaigns to promote their subscription packages highlighting their USPs.

4. 'Jeevan Ke Din' - An engagement video campaign inviting various elders to sing along the song in an effort to inspire positivity and hope during the COVID crisis.
