Egon Zehnder is a global leadership advisory firm and they wanted an extremely creative and fun video with their employees as an engagement activity for their teams.

Word Of Mouth Media conceptualised a music video based on the song 'We Didn't Start The Fire' by Billy Joel. We changed the lyrics to suit the organisation's message and trained and directed the employees to sing along and dance to the new song composed by us!

The result was a highly engaging video loved by the leadership and workforce alike.
